Wishing to implement better practices and work on continuous improvement, GTB decided to implement a Business Management System (SGN) in accordance to the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 norms that will allow it to manage the company’s business under the highest international standards with respect to Quality, Health, Safety, Environment and Social Aspects.

GTB has an integrated system that allows us to have a systemic vision of all the processes, see the inter-relationship between them, and the improvements that can be applied to one or more processes.

Having an integrated Business Management System allows GTB to constantly work on continuous improvement in a comprehensive, integrated manner that always takes into account Quality, Health, Safety, Environment and Social Aspects management. The system also establishes a structure and guidelines to ensure compatibility, coordination, responsibility, control and continuous improvement in our processes.
