The scope of the Business Management System is all the activities related to: Contracting and Transporting natural gas; Measuring the gas that is delivered and received; Maintaining the stations and the pipeline; Design, Construction, Modification or Abandonment of stations and pipelines and all the necessary support activities.

The efficiency of the SGN is followed-up through the ALARP Management of the company’s risks, the effectiveness of the established barriers, and management through objectives which annually ends with a comprehensive evaluation of GTB’s performance.

All the necessary processes and controls have been identified for the SGN and they are applied throughout the company, i.e., the system includes the entire organization, thus including all of GTB’s stations and offices and the activities that its own workers and company contractors perform.
