Provide advice to the different areas within the company: Commercial: Advise on negotiating gas transportation contracts, their elaboration and compliance; assistance in the modification and approval proceedings, as well as advice for the compliance of the General Service Terms and Conditions and the administration and compliance of the Open Access Norms; Finance: Negotiating with lenders, topics related to financing, insurance, advice on tax and labor matters; Operations: Advice on legal and contractual matters, permits and licenses, projects, among others, HSES: Legal support for the safekeeping of the Right Of Way, elaboration of contracts in general, cooperation agreements and/or donations, obtaining permits and licenses before the competent agencies, External Relations: Legal advice on company presentations and publications, as well as elaboration of contracts in general, cooperation agreements and/or donations.
Legal support to other internal groups in the company, such as the Mixed Committee, Professionals’ Association, etc.
Implement and meet legal requirements related to in the Integrated Management System (ISO and OSHAS).
Custodian of original legal documents.
