During 2007 the Legal Department, in coordination with the members of the Board of Directors, managed to consolidate the transfer of the Foundation’s Trust Fund to Vanguard, an important international fund manager. The main objective of that transfer was to obtain better yields that will allow the Foundation to give a greater contribution to the financing of the protected area’s management.
