The Legal Dept. plans and coordinates the meetings of the Kaa – Iya Foundation’s Board of Directors, it prepares and has custody of the Board of Directors Minutes, powers of attorney, registration procedures before the competent national and international agencies and it prepares cooperation agreements and convents, among others.
