The Operations Department is responsible for the operations and maintenance of the Bolivia-Brazil Gas Export Pipeline and its different stations within Bolivian territory. The Operations Department is also responsible for the works of expansion and/or operative continuity through the management of engineering and construction.

The operations team consists of 32 highly-qualified operators on two 21 x 21 shifts who report to the Jr. Boss and Operations Boss.

Providers who are qualified by different kinds of services assume the responsibility to guarantee the programmed maintenance to maintain the operability of the 4 compression stations, 2 measuring stations, and 557 km of gas pipeline.
