To date, 100% of Gas TransBoliviano S.A.’s transportation capacity is committed under firm service contracts. Likewise, we have interruptible service contracts which have access to the capacity based on the requirements of the firm contracts.

According to the current regulations, if a request for transportation capacity is presented, we must proceed in accordance to what is established in the Open Access Norms where the Applicant must send a formal request to Gas TransBoliviano S.A.’s offices in the city of Santa Cruz de la Sierra.

To date Gas TransBoliviano maintains an Open Bid for Section 2, Domestic Market (Rio Grande - Puerto Suarez/Puerto Quijarro) whose terms have been frozen in accordance to the Superintendence of Hydrocarbons’ Decree dated May 12, 2006.
