In compliance with the open access norms that emerge from the current regulation framework in Bolivia, GTB has called an Open Bid so that those companies who need the natural gas transportation service can have access to new transportation capacity in the Rio Grande – Puerto Suarez/Puerto Quijarro section of the system. The terms for this Open Bid have been interrupted by means of the Superintendence of Hydrocarbons’ Decree received on May 12, 2006.

In compliance with Administrative Resolution SSDH Nº 370/2002 dated August 19, 2002 approving the “Ordered Text for Open Access Norms in Bolivia”, Gas TransBoliviano S.A. (GTB) reports the information required by numeral 11.2 of the above-mentioned resolution as follows:
